Together we identify past traumas, memories, and/or experiences in which you felt anxiety for the first time.
We use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while including an Existential lens to determine your meaning and purpose in your life.
We create goals together, tangible steps that you can take while you are supported by me, to guide you in healing.
