method & approach

  • Together we identify past traumas, memories, and/or experiences in which you felt anxiety for the first time.

  • We use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) while including an Existential lens to determine your meaning and purpose in your life.

  • We create goals together, tangible steps that you can take while you are supported by me, to guide you in healing.
